Alloy wheel diamond cutting

Cardiff alloy repair we can repair and spray your alloy wheels back to a brand new condition.

Diamond cutting is a very prercise process that takes longer than a normally repair.

The 1st stage is to strip the alloys in a acid bath for hours to strip off all the layers of paints and lacquers.
2nd stage is to clean and aqua blast the alloy to remove the left over paints.

We then powder coat the alloys to a selected colour, they are then baked in the oven @ 180d to melt the powder.
when ready we then put each alloy onto the diamond cutting lathe to skim layer off the alloy, this removes any damages and marks from the alloy.

final stage is to apply a clear coat powder to seal and protect the alloys.
